Please read the following terms and conditions.

When purchasing any products from Supermotodaz Ltd you are entering into a contract and by doing so are agreeing to make payment in full as required in advance of any items being dispatched,unless agreed first via e-mail, fax or telephone of an alternative arrangement

i.e.( product supplied at racing event ).

All prices displayed on the website are excluding (U.K) VAT , this will be added for sales to U.K customers and also exclude packing, insurance and carriage. These prices maybe subject to alteration without prior notice. All goods supplied by Supermotodaz Ltd will remain the property of the company until paid in full by the customer/purchaser. Until title passes, the customer shall hold the goods or services as bailee for the company and shall store or mark them so that they can at all times be identified as the property of the company.Please note that products are for purchase and delivery to within the U.K only.

No liability is accepted for goods supplied by Supermotodaz Ltd which are proved to be defective in design or unsuitable for the purchasers purpose. The companys liability is restricted to the replacement of the defective goods or to refund monies paid. In no circumstances will Supermotodaz Ltd be liable for any claims for labour, damage or any other expenditure either direct or consequential, which arises out of any goods supplied by us and which are alleged to be defective. All goods correctly supplied by us will be subject to a 15% restocking charge when returned for any reason other than through being damaged or faulty/ found on delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse goods for credit which have been specially ordered or manufactured. The risk in the goods or services passes when they are delivered to the customer.Any dates quoted by Supermotodaz Ltd, for the delivery of the goods or services and performance of the services are approximate only and shall not form part of the contract and the customer acknowledges that in the performance expected of the company no regard has been paid to any quoted delivery or performance dates.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

Supermotodaz Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. Payment is made via Barclays Secure Credit Card Payment System or Paypal where Both systems automatically encrypts your confidential information by using the secure sockets layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bit (the highest level commercially available).

Please note since Brexit the UK is no longer part of the EU :
Because we are a UK company we remove the 20% UK VAT from your order
ALL OUR PRICES ARE EXCLUDING 20% UK VAT
When you receive your order the shipping company will ask you to pay the
VAT that is applicable in you country

We can not accept responsibility for shipping or customs delays, We can not accept responsibility for customs charges or import duty you may occur.
